Jane Austen - “Sense and Sensibility

(via lalaberta)

k-and-a-make-a-baby:

“I’m just a girl.

I’m just a girl looking at a pregnancy announcement holding back tears.

I’m just a girl sitting in the corner at a baby shower faking a smile.

I’m just a girl with beautiful baby names picked out waiting for them to be used.

I’m just a girl laying in bed begging the universe for this month to be different.

I’m just a girl standing in front of another pregnancy test asking for it to be positive.

I’m just a girl praying for my turn to finally arrive.

Im just a girl without the thing I want the most.

I’m just a girl.”

Hormonal Flare Up

lifeshouldbefullofstrangeness:

Bloated,
beyond belief.

Relief,
is temporary.

Skin breaks out,
sleep is troubled.

The main culprit (stress),
I can’t control it.

Like a period,
but without the blood.

Not much fun.

One day baby,

I have nothing but belief that you’ll be worth the wait.

I see you

I am you

bpdreminders-deactivated2022052:

For the people who need to hear this, it’s okay to

  • get sad about other people’s pregnancy announcements
  • unfollow pregnant people or new parents on social media if it’s too much
  • mute or filter pregnancy words and pictures
  • ask your friends and family not to talk about pregnancy with you
  • not want anything to do with pregnancy at all

Your boundaries are important.

This is something that I never thought I would ever have to do but there are some moments where the talks of it only just make me want to cry. It’s so frustrating because some of these things used to make me so happy. Crazy how sometimes life changes like that
